This is the first episode that we recorded in higher quality. We ended up answering fan questions and responding to fan retail stories as well. If you'd like to share a story or ask us a question please let me know and you'll be coauthored on the submission they get answered on.

We have a bonus episode coming out next week. I'm not going to talk too much about it, but if you've listened to episode 4 you'll have a decent idea. Here's a screenshot of the project!

Next week we'll be interviewing the person that really got me into creating movies and writing. It should be an extremely long and interesting episode that I plan on separating into a couple of shows. After the last one is submitted I'll also submit the entire episode together.

Then there's 1 or 2 more ideas for this season before we take a break. The break will probably take the show into a different direction. We've gotten feedback and have a lot of people interested in a certain subject/style for the podcast and we think it would be a great approach for the show.

I know everything I've been talking about lately has been about my podcast, but frankly, I'm really excited to get back into creating things. I'm working on writing short scripts for a voice acting collab by @VoicesByCorey that you can find here.

I recently submitted one of the scripts that they acted out. It's really hilarious, I love the way it turned out.

I'm even working on a writing collab with @ZetoSoul. (We'll give out more details later as we know more details. I'm just excited to be a part of the project)

We now have 4 episodes of the Dom and Fro show. I appreciate everyone who's stuck with us through the weird trial and error phase we had. We had bad mics, bad recording practices, and well... probably a lot of other little mistakes that come from being first time podcasters without a real plan.

We have new mics and recording practices starting episode 5, which should be out 6/12/20.

We added some merchandise and ordered a few samples to see what it looks like. I'll post pictures when the stuff arrives! (Link below)

We also added new tiers to our Patreon. So far the show is about -$150 into the hole if you're just counting equipment, but we also both need a computer and also spend about 40 hours a week producing the show. We don't really do it to make money, but at the same time we'd like to cover our equipment cost!

Our current process is to record through our computers, but both of them are too old to be able to handle the work load. So I literally walk to my office after hours, record from my office, take it home to edit throughout the week, and then return back to my office to upload. It's tedious, and would make things so much faster if we could record from home. Dom's computer won't even handle the editing portion, so as of right now I'm the only one doing so. It's not stopping us though, I promise episode 5 won't sound like we recorded with a toaster.

I've been inspired to make my own podcast after listening to @Xinxinix and @GRNDSbreaking. I've actually wanted to do this for a long time, but never got around to it. I actually enjoy making short movies, but because the people that I always made these movies with live like 3,000 miles away this is the next best thing!

So give @DomAndFroShow a follow and look out for the first episode in the coming weeks.

If you'd like to help out we will definitely be looking for some sort of original jingle music for the intro. At the very least some copyright free music that seems fitting. I'll let everyone know when we have more information!

15 years ago I made a movie with a good friend of mine in highschool. I pulled up some files on my old computer and ran into it by accident. I showed my daughter and she asked me if we could make another one.

It took a couple of weeks of shooting/ editing in my spare time, but its finally done. You can check out the thread on the first page of the supporter forum or ask me for the link if you want to see it. I enjoyed making it and hope to come up with some other kid friendly scripts to shoot with my daughter.

My old newpost was getting old. I haven't had a huge change in my life since then, but some small updates.

I recently dislocated my hip. I don't know how, it just was like that one day. I mean, I'm sure I did something, but I can't relate it back to a specific day. It's been painful, some days I can barely stand, let alone walk or function, but I've fought through it. I continue to go to work and deal with the pain when I get home.

I've been going to physical therapy for it and I'm almost back to feeling ok. Some days are worse than others. Last night I was bed ridden after squatting down to pick something up. It's given me a small excuse to get out of household chores, but the last thing I want to do is lay around.

With the quarantine in effect I can't go to the gym, my coaching gig is up, so all I do is walk to work, work for 8 hours, walk home, lay down, rinse, repeat, etc... At least if the hip was healed up I could go for some runs and do some body weight workouts. I'm still doing some upper body dumbell stuff, but that's about it.

I've been watching some youtube stuff to keep me entertained. This would be a perfect time to take up writing again though...
